Over the past few months, I've run several GTM workshops and clinics with founders. A recurring challenge for them was aligning on a simple, yet comprehensive, strategy that articulated their plan for both investors and their own team.

Background:
• I'm based in Dublin, Ireland. Previously, I spent time living in Sydney, Australia and Seattle WA
