Hi, Gildre Community, I'm super happy to be part of this.
I am a psychologist and leadership coach on a mission to develop communication and emotional intelligence for achieving productivity with mental well-being.

After many years of working with HR departments, I realized that the traditional technical training format did not yield sustainable results. It didn't bring about changes in leaders' behaviour.

Since 2016, I have dedicated myself to my own practice, using a method to hack leaders' behaviour and cultivate healthy habits.

I want to connect with people for mutual support in our businesses, and I hope to find my place here.
