Beyond thank you to the wonderful people on launching this new world of great minds. Congratulations to the Gildre team on some big strides lately. My name is Joshua O'Grady, a Canadian born startup lover who has spent the past decade building and advising companies all over Canada, Europe and now South America. I am proud to call Buenos Aires "mi casa" and was fortunate to meet the brilliant @Taiga Gamell down here this past year.
I specialize in building out anything from pods to entire entities in South America for North American & European organizations with a strong grasp of talent acquisition, legal, payroll & compliance and strategic growth of organizations entering new worlds. In my spare time I fumble deep Spanish lessons regularly and enjoy learning about many ideas spawning in this land and advise a bunch of startups in the Canadian ecosystem.
