Hello friends, as some of you may know I own a marketing agency... Some how I found this profile in linkedin (
) Ethan Welby. He runs a sales company and shows you how to get from 0 to 40,50k monthly. Of course he didn't reveal the system but gave me an overall look on how it works... AI, Automation, social etc etc.. the cost for this program is 5k one payment only. If in 6 months you don't sell 10k more a month he'll give you your money back.It doesn't look sketchy but i don't wanna be scammed... What do you guys say? should i trust?

I would try and find some testimonials or current/former clients potentially. I wouldn't necessarily ask him to provide his own testimonials or referrals since those can be tinkered with.
I'm also wary of contracts outside of the US if there's a money back guarantee since the recourse to actually collect that could be costly or burdensome if he doesn't deliver but just my 2cents. Could be legit just need to hear it from some other people who have worked with him!

I have heard of these “guarantees” before. Once you enroll and pay their fees, they create a marketing plan for you. According to that plan, you must spend another $5K/mo on ads. If you choose not to do that, it is considered that you do not follow the plan, therefore no refund for you. This is the reason why they don’t reveal the “how” part. Read the contract carefully, before you give him your credit card number.

I don't know this person specifically, but another point to consider: After 6 months you (usually) can't file a credit card chargeback. Most marketers know that- which means at that point you wouldn't have much recourse if he determines you aren't eligible for a refund (or just doesn't give you one).

Also something I have learnt is if you’re trying to sell a $5K course upfront without any trip wires it’s typically too good to be true.
It’s going to be really tough to know what to expect, if there are no smaller priced products available to be sure what is being offered is legit

Hey, @Ernesto Valles, I would be warry. If it looks to good to be true, it probably is. Best way is to asses exactly what you can spend on lead gen- there will always be costs.
