Hi @Tanho Attah hl.d

I just went through it briefly. Seems like a very important start-up!

Here are some areas for improvement:
1. For the problem, we want to make it more specific and more painful. Lose money and high prices are meaningless without context. Can we use stats/specific data to quantify this?
2. I don't understand the solution and product demo. If this is a send along deck, this needs to be crystal clear without narration
3. For business model, go for simple. i.e. We take 15-25% for each transaction made via our application. There always are multiple ways to monetize and naturally this will adjust as your company develops, but investors need to be able to readily understand the business model
4. Milestones should be presented as a simple timeline- much easier to digest and shows you both hit milestones and where your intended direction is
5. A few of the slides are quite text heavy and cover numerous ideas on one slide. If there is too much to digest on one slide, usually none will be digested.
On that note...I won't add too much more feedback 🙂

Two more important notes:
A. For design, you can get a much more visually appealing deck by using a better build platform. I'd personally recommend pitch.com
B. Double and triple check for typos and grammar mistakes. I noticed a few and I'm sure there are more (i.e. Solution slide - *A technology that allows anyone to farm instead of A Technology that allows anyone farm, and lowercase n for Nigeria on your Team slide).

Good luck!

Hey @Sam Eisenberg Thanks for taking the time.

All points noted with gratitude. Will take it all in and apply as best as possible.

Thanks a lot. 🤝👍

Tanho, to amplify Sam's comments.... WIFM is not clear. I clearly am not your target market as I don't get the connection with snails....is you intent to suggest this is the best solution for food scarcity or just happen to be one choice or.... Clean crisp slide with minimal wording is the best communications method not the read for a minute. Agriculture is used throughout the slides, snail farming is called Heliciculture, so I'm needing clarity. The USDA has an interesting piece on their website: "Edible land snails provide a high protein and low cholesterol food source. Snails can be raised in a variety of environments, but because of their potential as an invasive species, their enclosures (indoors or outdoors) should be impenetrable."

Thanks Alan. Understood. Will take those points and crisp out our slides better. Every point noted and appreciated.

In response, it's Agriculture, Snails are just the starting item of choice due to capacity (We have grown a variety of items including fruit trees, vegetables and animals). Snails are also high demand, high cost in the Nigerian market and present a market entry opportunity.
