Good morning folks! Reworked.ai is looking for it's first sales person. It's a very exciting time at Reworked as we're well established in the Real Estate Investor vertical and looking to grow into other verticals. Exciting times ahead Shyam! It looks like you've already got a lot of applicants but I have some contacts that might be a good fit I'll have them apply and connect you with them.

Do you value the hunter side of the role more or closer? Most of my contacts have an AE background so trying to better understand the sales cycle.

@Ghanashyam Prabhakar we can talk more Monday but @Justin Bianchini is building something really awesome for training sales reps that could be hugely helpful once you get someone on board for that role

Hey, @Ghanashyam Prabhakar - great discussion. In my experience, The hardest thing is getting the RIGHT people into a sales call. Many companies waste a lot of time and resources talking to the wrong people (not qualified to buy what you have).

I highly recommend what you have mentioned - a Founder or professional sales person running qualified calls. How to get the qualified calls? One way is to hire a hunter. But another way...
