👋 Hi everyone!
I’m Valentina, a Chicago-based fractional COO and founder of Mynt Planning. After starting my career in education, I pivoted into business, and now my team and I help small creative agencies navigate growth and the uncertainties of running a business. We do this through fractional ops, offering everything from operations management and admin support to systems design and consulting.
🎨 Fun Fact: I’m very logical and systems-oriented but have always had many creative pursuits! I love painting, drawing, writing, playing instruments, composing, and was a high school music teacher in another life. Right after college, I also explored graphic and web design. It’s so fun to play around with different mediums of expression!
