Hi everyone, thank you @Brian Lee for the invite, and excited to be here! I have spent a good chunk of my career in the nonprofit sector, and see myself staying in this field for the foreseeable future. My work is focused on all things HR (talent, organizational development, change management, and belonging & equity), and have constant curiosity around how our identities and socializations shape our views of this world, the work we do, and how we do it.
