My human resources career has spanned the globe working with small businesses developing good practices, midsize businesses going through mergers and acquisitions, and even very large business focused on creating a top line value from their largest investment…people. I’ve worked in healthcare, technology, entertainment, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, retail, publishing and professional services.

I generally speak nationally and internationally about workforce planning, emotional intelligence, fractional executive industry and employee engagement. I am the creator and co-host of The Fractional Edge podcast, helping entrepreneurs understand the benefits and impact of hiring a fractional executive to bring about greater results for their business and be proactive in their talent future.

As a certified coach, I work with mid to executive level leaders, finding and addressed their blinds spots, creating greater EQ awareness, dispelling assumptions and limiting beliefs, all to bring out their best selves and greater value and impact to their lives and organizations. Each engagement begins with an understand about your values, the unknown energy you bring to relationships and interactions and your natural way of interacting with others. Through a values based methodology, consistent, authentic and confident leaders develop their highest potential.
