I have a meeting with a killer CFO to pick her brain on Friday regarding taxes and business structure. Anyone have recommendations on some good questions to ask?
I've got some thoughts of my own but sometimes you don't know what you don't know. Or any questions I could ask for you while I've got her ear?
I'd love to learn more about how a good CFO can help drive revenue growth in an organization.
CFO's are often solely viewed as the individuals that manage the financial decisions including budget, cash flow, etc. but play an integral part in the growth of the company itself. How CFO's better leverage themselves to assist in the overall sales growth of the company would be great to learn in more detail.

Depending on your goals for the company, would ask about structure/tax strategies that overwhelmingly anchor you into specific growth patterns for the business. Some early foundational choices can be prohibitively hard to rectify depending on your long term roadmap for “success” if you need to pivot later.
