Hi! From the Andromeda innovation cohort meet & greet yesterday, one top of mind topic is mental heath / wellbeing for ourselves and our teams. Although they aren’t the same thing, psychological safety and wellbeing are strongly connected, even interdependent. As you grow your organization, consider how you can build both, and know that efforts to improve one should also improve the other.
