Milestone #1 is mostly about getting your work environment set up. You can verify this by doing a simple Hello world -esque exercise:
Print "I love you 3000".. 3000 times.

I would suggest using . It's not perfect and locally setup IDEs are better to work on as your project gets more complex. But IMHO its the best way to have a hassle-free start.
